Owner's Description

Republic 1 Escudo, 1850-JB. NGC MS-63. San Jose mint, KM 98. Mintage of 6,167 pieces. Choice mint state. Finest known from the Magnificent Richard Stuart Collection. Only three mint state pieces on the NGC census record. An exceptional specimen with great eye appeal. Very rare in this condition.
