Owner's Description

Raw purchase in August of 2013 from American Rarities. Rare overdate. The only NGC or PCSG graded example. When I first submitted it for grading, it got a ridiculous grade of VG-10. After sending it back for regrading, is now appropriately graded at VF-20. Weakly struck in the center of the bust and lower portion of date. Has a few nicer areas in the lower half of the arms.
