Owner's Description

Mintage a miniscule 4,000 pieces and rare in any grade especially over XF.

Probably an AU55 with proof-like characteristics, PCGS coded it "92" cleaned. I cracked it out and submitted it as part of a large submission at the 2016 January FUN show and got it in a AU Details slab.
