Owner's Description

Mintage 20,770 in this second year of operations at the Carson City mint. Doug Winter estimates that 125-150 survive with most in lower grades. Purchased from The Vandiver House, March 1988 at a show in Marietta, GA. Photos show the coin prior to certification.
