Owner's Description

I was forced to purchased this coin already slabbed and graded because the 2 rolls i purchased from one of the largest dealers was cherry picked. My intention was to buy a few rolls and have a few graded. After opening my newly delivered rolls i noticed the coins were all just thrown in the tubes so some were upside down and some were right side up. After putting a loop on all 50 there were only 2 coins worthy of submission for grading. Needless to say i will never purchase from JM Bullion again. I have purchased many rolls of libertads, maples, ASE's and others in the past but this was the first time experiencing a company cherry picking and sending the rejects to customers, me. Looking at the population report for 2016 its showing about 70% in MS70, wow, i bet cherry picking by these dealers is a lot higher than what we know. Is there a reason why Apmex sells an option for "mint direct" tubes at an even higher premium than non designated tubes? Really? Do we now have to pay a higer premium to get untouched or non cherry picked coins?
