Owner's Description

This was a coin i submitted hoping to upgrade the MS68 i had. The current pop for this year and grade is only 3. The biggest challenge for the years 2000 to 2008 were finding good quality coins worthy of submission for grading due to the milk spots found on many of these. I have purchased and opened sealed mint rolls for various years only to find most coins were in terrible shape. I call the years 2000 to 2008 the milk spot years. The goal for the the milk spot years is to eventually upgrade all the MS68 grades to MS69.
