Owner's Description

The 1998 1oz BU lib is the key date with only 67,000 minted. MS69 is the top grade and has a small population of only 16. I got very lucky in my hunt for this coin as i called about every dealer and Pat Stuvall at Don Baileys Num just happened to have one, it was a no brainer purchase. Although technically this is the key date it, is not the toughest coin in the series. In my opinion the 1987 double die, the 1988 and the 1991 type 2 are much more difficult to find in high grade.
