Owner's Description

Like most of the coins in this set where i submitted these coins for for grading, i just received this back from NGC where it was given the top grade for this year of MS69. This was a nice upgrade to the ms68 i had in the set. The 1995 only had 500k minted and the MS69 top pop. There were 49 MS 69 1995 libertads graded which is on the higher side for theearly years. There were no grade 70's for the year but the 1990's really started to show much improved quality coins from the mint.
