Owner's Description

The 1984 is another difficult coin to acquire in high grade. The total population for all grades is 226 with only 1 graded in MS68 which is the highest grade. The most common grades are MS65 amd MS66 with a total pop of 179 between the two. Fing a high quality coin was a challenge as i probably bought 4 full unopened mint rolls and after carefully selecting 6 for submission i did get one at grade MS67.
