Owner's Description

The 1902-S is a fairly common Liberty Double Eagle, but it is still rarer than such other Type III issues as the 1891-S, 1895-S, 1904-S and 1906-S. Typically offered no finer than MS-62, the 1902-S is scarce in MS-63 and rare at or above the MS-64 level. Unlike the 1900-S and 1901-S, the 1902-S is an issue that seldom displays bothersome striking incompleteness
