Owner's Description

1878-S $20 MS61 NGC. The well-struck devices reveal only a touch of softness on the shield and scrolls. Cartwheel luster radiates throughout and green-gold colors each side of this available California mint twenty. Grade-consistent marks are seen on both sides.
