Owner's Description

An amazing, highly toned example from the mid-1870s. Rich frosty luster can be seen in the protected areas on the obverse; the reverse is ablaze with frosty cartwheel luster. The strike is very good except for the bottom of the IN GOD WE TRUST banner. The predominant color is a rich orange gold. Purchased from Ron Karp.
