Owner's Description

This coin has pleasing satiny cartwheel luster and a pale orange-gold color with hints of green. Like many examples of the 1850 half eagle from Philadelphia, the date is weak. Scattered marks are very shallow and are consistent with the grade. The reverse is rotated approximately 15 degrees clockwise. Purchased from Northern Nevada Coin.
