69 ultra, top pop of 5 at ngc. Apparently 1 crossed at PCGS?

First new ult/dc pop @ 69 level occurred in 2004.

Criterion for ultra/dc status: Many reverses do not have enough deep cameo contrast.

Extremely clear of hairlines. Immaculate 69, perhaps a 70?

One of the rarest due to high US mintage & extremely low--constant-- top pop.
