Owner's Description

Fantastic coin! Extremely difficult to find these Carson City dates in the GSA soft pack, even though they are plentiful in the hard packs. This coin is identified as a VAM 3(spitting eagle), the only VAM graded for this date (pop 1 VAM as of 2/21/11). There is one other 1891-CC graded very good, but it is not a VAM. I acquired this coin in November 2010.

This wonderful coin also has the distinction of putting my GSA soft pack collection over the 100,000 point mark. I never thought I would get to this point when I started this collection years ago.
