Owner's Description

Not pretty for an uncirculated coin. I bought this coin ungraded and it really looked AU to me. No luster, looked like it had some wear. However, you have to be careful with 1921. Soft strikes and poor quality control resulted in MS coins looking like AU coins to the untrained eye. I was surprised to get an MS61 for this GSA soft pack, but very happy too. There were 10 graded in the GSA soft pack for this date as of this writing, this coin being the highest graded, and the only uncirculated coin. Bought this on eBay in July 2010.
