Owner's Description
The 2011 United States Army Silver Dollar commemorative coin was issued as part of a coin program authorized to recognize the establishment of the United States Army in 1775, honor the American soldier of today and yesterday and commemorate the role of the Army in American Society.
The obverse shows a male and female soldier back to back. The reverse shows the Great Seal of the United States.
Mintage: 43,515. Population: 477. NGC Universal ID: 26HU. Catalog #KM-507. Pre-issue price: $49.95. Regular price: $54.95.
Designers: Richard Masters (obverse) and Susan Gamble (reverse).
