Retail Value (Raw): $80Mintage: 200,000Comments: Just like the large date, the 1990 small date comes in two varieties, frosty and bright. Pictured here is the frosty variety. The differences between frosty & bright are more subtle in the small date variety than in the large date variety.The small date variety appears to be much more rare than the large date. Very few have been graded by NGC and I've had a very difficult time finding a full original sheet of this variety.
