CYPRUS, KING GEORGE VI 18 PIASTRES 1940.
OBVERSE: Crowned head of King facing left.
REVERSE: Two lions passant guardant, adopted from the badge of the Governor.
ENGRAVERS: Obverse: Percy Metcalfe. Reverse: Kruger Gray.
DIAMETER: 29.8 mm
WEIGHT: 11.31 g
EDGE: Grained.
FINENESS: 0.925 (Sterling standard).
