Owner's Description

F-101, from the position of the date. A R-7 coin in mint state, and gems are even scarcer. Thereare five MS-65s (3 at NGC, 2 at PCGS), and these are bettered by just two coins at NGC, one in MS-66 and one in MS-67. The only distinguishing feature on this coin is a die crack on the obverse from Liberty's knee through the E in AMERICA to the dentils. One dark spot on the obverse above the N in UNITED. Otherwise the toning is attractive especially on the reverse. Bought from Ken Goldberg, January, 2003.
