Owner's Description

F-102.Heavy mottled toning including a profusion of bright blue on the reverse make it difficult to fully analyze the coin. Interesting but not unattractive. Given that only 11,000 were struck it is amazing the coin is rated just R-5. A definite F-102 from the position of the date and two slight imperfections on the reverse. The lower third of the I in DIME is defective, and the M in DIME has a slight nodule on the left diagonal. Pops are four in MS-66 at NGC, and two in MS-66 at PCGS with one finer MS-67 at PCGS. Bought from Jason Carter, July, 2007.
