Owner's Description

F-106, identified by a short die scratch under Liberty's left breast. Not especially rare (R4+) even in very high grades, but it has a small claim to fame as just one of five dates in the short "with arrows" series. Three coins from this date have been graded MS-68 (2-NGC, 1-PCGS), and eight MS-67's have been slabbed. The current coin was bought at a Goldberg auction in June, 2002, lot 2152. It came from the Micheal Riordan collection. The coin is as nice as the grade would suggest. Stars sharply struck, good luster, natural gray toning, no marks or spots.
