Owner's Description

F-101 with the 3 in the date re cut. Also the drapery under Liberty's elbow has been significantly reduced due to die polishing. On the reverse the area around the bow is clear. Otherwise there are no marks or die breaks of any note. Bought from a Heritage auction September, 2002, lot 6204. At that time the pops on the coin were one MS-66 at PCGS and one MS-66 at NGC, and that is still the case today nine years later.
