Mintage: 120 Million<br />Full Step Availability: 0.25%<br />Population MS67: 424/2<br />Date/mm Information: Bowers lists the Reverse of 38 population at 10% of the total population yielding 12 million minted. The coin is extremely rare in full steps.<br /><br />Coin Description:<br />Incredible coruscating luster envelops both sides of this blast white premium gem that is both well struck and has been carefully preserved.<br /><br />Comments:<br />It only takes one glance to realize that this coin is actually a 1939 Reverse of 40 that was not designated as such when it wss graded. Another very cool thing about this coin is that the certification number is actually a "RADAR". This early generation NGC slab was purchased in a Heritage Internet only auction in May 2009 for a small premium to Numismedia Retail.
