Mintage: 20.6 Million<br />Full Step Availability: 0.33%<br />Population MS67: 33/0<br />Date/mm Information: Quality of mint state coins varies but full steps are always rare.<br /><br />Coin Description:<br />Great surfaces, luster, and eye appeal account for the grade of which only 33 examples exist with none higher. This top pop has a rather common obverse of golden-gray while the reverse is shows very attractive lavender/blue peripheries with yellow and pink accents in the pale golden center.<br /><br />Comments:<br />A really attractive coin in an older generation NGC Holder. The steps are not full but they are relatively well struck for the issue. One of the first non war nickel coins to join the collection, I paid only $80 for this premium gem in a no reserve E-Bay auction in May 2008.
