Mintage: 9.8 Million<br />Full Step Availability: 0.66%<br />Population MS67: 44/0<br />Date/mm Information: Lustrous eye appealing examples are available buy full steps are rare.<br /><br />Coin Description:<br />Light golden grey toning rests on lustrous, clean, and well struck surfaces which are plagued by remnant planchet roughness and die wear.<br /><br />Comments:<br />The steps of this coin are actually quite nice for the issue but I would prefer to see this coin in an MS66 holder due to the planchet problems and this date/mm remains on the upgrade list. To make matters worse, I paid 2X Numismedia wholesale to an E-Bay Seller in March 2010 to procure the coin.
