Mintage: 6.6 Million<br />Full Step Availability: 10%<br />Population MS65 FS: 37/15<br />Date/mm Information: This issue is often encountered with subpar luster.<br /><br />Coin Description:<br />Intermingled orange, light purple, and pea green cover satin surfaces of this gem that is scarce in full steps. The obverse is very clean for the grade and the significant marks on the reverse certainly limit the grade.<br /><br />Comments:<br />I had no luck acquiring a non full step example so I snatched this eerily toned full stepper when it was offered on Teletrade in August 2009. A nice coin with very nice steps, 6-6-5-6 by my eye.
