Owner's Description

1864 NGC PR68 CA (2/0 as of 9/2006). This is the commoner of the two known proof varieties for this date. The pendant in the gown is left of center of the 6 and the 4 is centered between the rock and the denticles. This variety comprises about 80 percent of the total.
