Owner's Description

Pop 1 both services, Purchased by Larry Shepherd, FUN, Orlando, FL 1/6/07. 1925 Medal Norse Thick Planchet MS67 NGC. The design elements are crisply executed on both sides, and the bright, satiny surfaces display a pleasing combination of dappled russet-red and golden-brown patina, along with the underlying silver surfaces that become steel-blue near the lower edges. An outstanding Superb Gem example of this unusual commemorative design. Struck with the dies rotated 180 degrees. The single finest certified by either service.
