Pop 1 both services. Purchased from Pahrump Coins of Nevada Apr/06. While the label doesn't designate it so it is the firm belief of Pahrump Coins that this special coin merits the P/L (proof like) designation due to the strong contrast between devices and fields. Added to this is very eye catching periferal color on both the obverse and reverse.
