Owner's Description

1921 50C Pilgrim MS67 NGC. While the 1920 Pilgrim halves commemorate the tercentenary of the Plymouth Rock landing of the Mayflower, the 1921 coins observe nothing other than the 301st anniversary. The flashy surfaces of this pristine piece show silver-gold centers with deeper jade, amber, and aqua near the rims, completely original and thoroughly appealing. This Pilgrim in Superb Gem condition with Star is tied with two other for the finest certified at NGC (10/09).
