Owner's Description

The second date of this issue of 100,000 Livres, pick 100b, and the first one signed by the acting governor of the Central Bank of Lebanon BDL, Wassim Mansouri. This is the third issue of the 100,000 Livres denomination in 2023. Green cedar on both sides. Blue three-dash security thread to the left, and 100,000 in Arabic vertically to the right on the front face. Grapes, grains and threads on back side, in addition to 100,000 in the four corners.
