Owner's Description

Priced at $12.50 in SCWPM 13th ed., this is an underrated note and an item from a period of great political turmoil in Easter Europe. I was happy to purchase it in a Hungarian auction for almost 20X (!!!) Pick price.

One can occasionaly find them on EBay or elsewhere at under $100 - are they truly UNC though?
