Set Description:
This series of Marvel Milestone reprints holds a special nostalgic place in my heart as I remember seeing them raw (and owning a few of them) as I was growing up and just dabbling in the comic book collecting world. I would read and reread these reprints over and over to learn about the origins and first appearances of my favorite Marvel characters. Because of the memories that these books bring back for me I have decided to pursue the completion of this set in 9.8 grade (one that may be a lofty goal to accomplish) and get as many of them to be Signature Series as I can. The ones that I cannot obtain in SS will be rounded out with Universal blue labels. In conclusion, I hope to claim 100% completion on this set because although they are reprints they are in many cases the 1st and only editions outside of the regular issues that one can read and feel the rich history and beginnings of such marvelous characters.
