Owner's Description

Lyman Allen #3.04 (KM #179) - Mintage: 4,000,000

As in 1939, the only denomination struck in 1940 at the Manila mint was the one centavo. This coin exhibits the weak strike typical of all Commonwealth obverse One Centavos minted in Manila. Despite the weak strike, it has a very full even red tone with good eye appeal.
