Signed by Ed Brubaker and Steve Epting. The clash of the Caps! Steve Epting really did a fantastic job on every cover for this series, as he does the art for this issue.

This issue really builds up from the events of the previous issue and really stands out for the clash of the Caps drawn by Steve Epting.

For people who don't read the series, this is a great book that you can buy and read for its own merit, and for the crazy cliffhanger, it really makes you want the next issue.
