Owner's Description

First Appearance New Brotherhood of Evil, Warp, Houngan, Phobia & Plasmus. Great bad guys, Warp and Plasmus in particular, that appeared in the animated series, although in much watered-down fashion. Again, if your book has this on the cover notes, you can thank me, because CGC did not have that info until advised by me (and confirmed by CGC). "Toon Time" Insert Included. Random eBay buy.
