This copy ghas excellent structure.
CENSUS: 29 in 9.8, 42 in 9.6 out of 162 graded copies.
6 SS copies, 3 at 9.6, the highest SS grade as of April 2023.
Key Comments. Black Widow and Electro appearance.
Art Comments Gerry Conway story, Gene Colan and Tom Palmer art, John Buscema and Frank Giacoia cover.
I don't know why soo many 9.8 copies, maybe due to the issue being the first west coast superheroes!
Matt Murdock and the Black Widow will move to San Francisco this issue. They are the first major Marvel Characters to move outside of the New York City area. Daredevil will stay in San Francisco until Daredevil Vol 1 109.
