What a 1-shot! Silver Streak is saving a woman about to be hung and is surrounded by a bunch of well... enemies!
I'm not sure if this title was continued in Silver Streak's own book or what, but I'm glad at least they made this one issue so Cole could put his stamp on the character. After all, he really didn't do many super-heroes at all!
