Title: "Bedlam in the Baxter Building"
This story is reprinted from Fantastic Four #101..
Even though they are warned in advance, the Fantastic Four are unable to stop members of the Maggia led by the Top Man from taking over the Baxter Building and using it's technology against the FF in an attempt to destroy them.
The group is subdued by knock-out gas, put in cement coffins and dumped in to the Harbor. However, Crystal comes around and frees the others. The FF then mount a counter attack on the Baxter Building, retaking it and rounding up all the crooks, Reed catches and reveals the Baxter Building Doorman as the Top Man.
