1972 CGC 4.5 (census 4233/4954) paid $300 for this copy ungraded at my local comic shop and submitted to CGC myself, graded 7/27/2022 (same grade sold on eBay 6/12/2022 for $1530); origin and 1st appearance of Ghost Rider (Johnny Blaze). 667 points.

Grader Notes: spine stress lines; stain left bottom of front cover through book; multiple crease back cover; multiple crease breaks color
