Owner's Description

Here's a cover I always loved, and it's a milestone issue for ol' flame-head. No copies existed on the census, so I bought the best raw copy I could find and sent it in to be slabbed. Still hoping to get a 9.8 at some point, but happy to have a 9.4, best on the census, for now.
