First origin of The Punisher. First Dominic Fortune appearance. Don Pendleton interview. This was the first Magazine that I ever bought slabbed. Glad to add the 1st origin of the Punisher even in 7.5. The Dominic is a gangster file, lol the Punisher gets his man, most often. Still the coming up with the idea of the Punisher is fun and a bit imaginative at the time, one could argue it has now been done to death. On TV and movies etc., the real story doesn't start until they find the dead body, or it seems like. That is what the shock and awe, of TV especially, seems to be. The Punisher Netflix tried at least to have some substance, which was a sweet job by John Bernthal! There are really a lot of songs about "big guns" too. One by Nine Inch Nails, AC/DC, and so on, you would think a show like the Punisher would come with a pretty heavy soundtrack!
Complete with back cover picture of the dollar finds of Punisher that went on to get his "own" title in magazine form, big splash pages! Some complete whole stories and NOT to be continued, but it sums it up totally within one issue. Makes it worth buying one issue at a time to read, like Marvel Preview is a teaser, the world couldn't get enough of the Punisher! 70's & 80's Big Guns.
