Unknown ratio negative incentive cover. Both of these are variations of the 1:2 ratio cover 14A. You can read up on how much I love the virgin cover in the listing for that issue. The negative cover is one of the better negative covers, yet it still falls short of the glory that is the primary cover absent the trade dress. JG really nailed it.
Overall? I never saw the negative cover at my LCS, but I bought the virgin one, and I still have it raw - while I would rate the virgin as one of the best RS covers ever, the negative variant comes in at a solid "good" - not awesome, but if the virgin cover didn't exist, I'd probably love it more. It is a good cover - it only fails by comparison to an amazing cover.
