Unknown ratio virgin incentive cover. This is one of my favorite Red Sonja covers of all time. Something about the way JG catches the light cascading on her while she takes a moment to reflect on what may lie ahead, or behind, before moving on. While beautiful, and sensuous, she doesn't look weak or cheap. She's exactly what RS was meant to be - too beautiful to be ignored and too skilled for any man to defeat in combat. JG does an excellent job with framing the image, the light work is astounding, and the composition is simple, all combined for a glorious, quiet moment for RS.
Overall? I like this cover so much, it is the only copy of issue 14 I bought from my LCS. I still have my original copy raw, waiting for a JG signing opportunity. It's just too too gorgeous.
