Complete with a back cover picture of a just before this issue, #535, and while a "Newsstand issue', it is not a Newsstand 'price" Edition. The #535 would only receive a Newsstand Edition notation on the CGC label, as it is the same price distribution as the direct just with Newsstand as the distribution goal, i.e. was still found other places than your LCS.
