Owner's Description
Such a classic cover loaded with Golden Age sensibility. A scene of carnage in Washington, chaos in the streets, guys in top hats running for cover while the hero surveys the damage and helps the population using his singularly weird power - light emitting bracelets. Obviously this was before the Quantum Bands (later retconned on Marvel Boy to be the poor man's copies called "The Uranian Wrist Bands") were known to control all energy across the electro-magnetic spectrum. So basically what that meant here was that Marvel Boy's job was harder to do. This is a great book.
