I am pretty sure it is, but, this IF THIS ONE had THE "Printed in Canada" stamp on the inside back cover, then it would make the CGC Notes. The others I have are hand-stamped "Printed in Canada", but THOSE are the BUD PLANT issues. I may [only] have one without the stamp, and I wonder IF that is A newsstand copy from Comics s& Comix...!
20 books came from THAT Bud Plant, Inc. ORDER. The 'stamped' books neither saw the newsstands, nor was sold through any retail outlet, nor comic book, nor specialty store.
