No Escape Part 3.

Bucky-Cap and the Black Widow face off against a new Beetle, who they eventually capture and interrogate.

It is eventually revealed that Zemo has gone to the media with the revelation that Bucky was the Winter Soldier, turning his life upside down!

The issue ends with Steve Rogers and the Falcon resolving to find Bucky before it he makes things worse for himself!
