Jeff Smith cover and art.

This comic was a freebee given out at select comic stores in 1995. Produced by Image Comics, who published the saga from #21 through #27, it was meant to bring new readers up to speed regarding the first twenty issues as well as give a little history lesson about Jeff & Cartoon Books.

Has a color centerfold of the Bone cousins dressed as some of the Wild C.A.T.S. drawn by Jim Lee (Phoney as Grifter is pretty sweet).

Currently the highest graded SS! My raw copy signed and sketched (Fone) by Jeff at the Baltimore Diamond Retailer's summit and witnessed by GOTHAMCENTRAL (with help from Joel Elad). Prior to getting signed, professionally pressed by Classics Incorporated.
